Placement
Every year, thousands of students graduate from colleges in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns across India. They have degrees. They have potential. But when they walk into a job interview, something is missing.
It is not intelligence. It is not effort. It is exposure.
Local employers in towns like Tirunelveli need workers who can communicate confidently, use digital tools, manage themselves in a professional setting, and show up ready to contribute. Tamil Nadu produces nearly one million graduates each year, yet an estimated 400,000–500,000 enter the workforce without sufficient workplace readiness or meaningful industry exposure, contributing to underemployment despite holding degrees.
