Placement
Every year, thousands of students graduate from colleges in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns across India. They have degrees. They have potential. But when they walk into a job interview, something is missing.
It is not intelligence. It is not effort. It is exposure.
Local employers in towns like Tirunelveli need workers who can communicate confidently, use digital tools, manage themselves in a professional setting, and show up ready to contribute. But the gap between what college teaches and what the workplace demands has never been wider — and for students in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, that gap is even harder to cross.
No internship experience. No professional mentors. No workplace training. Just a degree and hope.
That is exactly the gap TIPP was built to fill.
Bridging talent to opportunity — one student at a time.
Structured career guidance, skill mapping, and personality discovery align your degree to the workplace — so graduates know exactly who they are and where they are headed.
Students in Tier 2 and 3 towns graduate with quality degrees and are empowered to develop leadership skills, and benefit from structured guidance that prepares them for workforce success.
Employers expect Google Suite proficiency and AI tool literacy from day one. Most graduates from smaller towns have never had structured training in the tools modern workplaces run on.
In metro cities, internships are everywhere. In Tier 2 and 3 towns, the pathway simply does not exist — until now. TIPP creates that pathway through Chamber of Commerce partnerships.
Tamil Nadu produces nearly one million graduates each year, yet an estimated 400,000–500,000 enter the workforce without sufficient workplace readiness or meaningful industry exposure, contributing to underemployment despite holding degrees. This gap highlights the need for structured internship and workplace-readiness programs such as TIPP.
TIPP blends internship readiness with professional and digital workplace skills. Hover or tap each card to explore what you'll learn.
Master business introductions, network communication, and the art of creating conversations that matter. Know your own communication style and develop the resilience to speak up in any room.
Develop real leadership skills and effective team leadership knowledge — how to motivate, collaborate, solve problems, and uphold strong work ethics in any professional setting.
Understand the importance of long-term and short-term goals and develop effective problem-solving frameworks that help you think strategically and deliver results from day one.
Get fully trained in Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, and Gmail. The tools employers use every day, so you arrive ready to contribute from hour one.
Learn to use AI tools for research, writing, scheduling, and workflow automation — emerging skills that set TIPP graduates apart and make you a future-ready professional.
Learn to deliver on commitments, own your results, and build the discipline of follow-through. TIPP trains students to retain what they learn, apply it consistently, and be the person employers trust to get things done.
Understand how organisations work — customer communication, business etiquette, organisational structure, and what it means to be a true professional within a real workplace.
