What is the duration of the program?

The TIPP student programme runs for 10 days of intensive training, followed by 50 hours of structured internship experience at a partner company. Employee training is 3 days, customised based on conversation with the employer.
Is there any registration fee?

A: The fee structure varies by participant type:
  • Students: A fee of ₹1,000 is payable before the program begins.
  • Employer: Fees are based on the number of participants.
  • Institution: Pricing is customized according to the number of participants.
What is the mode of training?

Training is delivered in a hybrid format — combining in-person expert-led sessions at our Tirunelveli centre with online resources and tools.
Will I get a certificate?

Yes! Upon successful completion, you receive a business-recognised certificate from JSDC Academy and MERLOT, USA.
How does placement support work?
